How I work
Problem first
I start from what needs to improve in the business — technology is a decision that follows from the problem, not the starting point.
Built for production
Security, monitoring and cost are part of the work from the first week, not a phase just before go-live.
AI where it earns its place
I use AI when it materially improves the outcome. Everywhere else, good ordinary engineering is the better answer.

Documentation, code in your repository and a proper handover to your team. No dependency on a single person.
